Send us an email with your preferred date, group size, and occasion. We'll confirm availability and walk you through the details. You should get a response at the latest (not a robot) within 7 to 10 hrs at the latest- but hopefully sooner!

As soon as your date is set. Weekends, holidays, and fireworks nights fill up fastest, especially in the height of summer. Weekday and shoulder-season charters are usually easier to find last-minute. But always give us a shout as we can make it work.

No — gratuity for your captain and crew is appreciated but not built into the charter fee. Industry standard is roughly 15–20% of the total.

Charters are limited to 6 guests, in keeping with our licensing and insurance requirements — this keeps things comfortable and safe for everyone on board.

Your captain, taxes, fuel, all standard safety equipment, ice, towels, eating utensils, and use of the onboard sound system. Let us know ahead of time if you have any special requests and we'll do what we can to accommodate.

Yes — charters are BYOB/F. Bring whatever snacks and drinks you'd like to enjoy on the water. We'll have coolers and ice ready for you.

Your captain makes the final safety call, typically a couple of hours before departure. If conditions aren't safe to sail, we'll get you rebooked or refunded — no hassle.

Yes. Every guest — paying or complimentary — signs a standard liability waiver before departure. It only takes a moment and is part of how we keep every charter properly insured.

Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing. Bring a layer for the evening breeze, and flat-soled shoes — we'll ask that heels come off before boarding.

Most charters run 2–4 hours. Longer outings and custom itineraries are available — just let us know what you have in mind when you book.

Navy Pier offers on-site parking in two, 24/7 indoor garages (East and West) at 600 E. Grand Ave, accommodating 1,500 vehicles with rates typically ranging from $21 to $65+ based on time.

Of course. We love dogs. Please give us a heads up but dogs and boats go hand in hand.

Please note that passing through the Chicago Locks may take up to 45 to 50 minutes each way during busy times, which may reduce your time on the water. Please try your best to let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.
